Travel Subsidy

Where we require team members to travel to work with us (for example, actors coming to a studio to record, or recordists travelling to a location for a specific field recording) we are able to offer a subsidy to cover the cost of that travel.

We can either:

reimburse a team member for the cost of their travel, or
have the cost of travel directly charged to us, or
prepay for travel ahead of the session

Some examples of situations where the travel subsidy can assist are:

the cost of a taxi or rideshare service
the cost of public transport ticketing, such as
- myki money
- Vline paper ticketing
the cost of fuel for a vehicle used in travel

The travel subsidy has a baseline cap of AUD$50 per session, however where the team member’s needs may exceed that amount (such as if specific mobility equipment or support is required) we may be able to offer a higher amount.
